Jane Patterson and Bill Abbate are the lead partners behind Cornerstone Team Development. Jane and Bill, with diverse leadership backgrounds, form a dynamic team, offering clients a broad range of business skills, experience and training. Jane is a former executive in the financial services industry with a strong background in project management and human resources. Bill’s executive career has been in the construction materials industry where he led significant business units in product development, marketing, sales and operations.
